vegan cinnamon rolls (no yeast!)

Vegan Yeast-Free Cinnamon Rolls... fluffy, soft and absolutely delicious! They are packed with a cinnamon brown sugar filling and have a shiny, sticky vanilla glaze that drips into the middle and soaks every. single. bite.


1 cup dairy free yoghurt (I find coconut works best!)

1 1/2 cup gluten free self raising flour

1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein (I always use KIN)

Cinnamon Sugar Filling:

1/2 cup coconut sugar or brown sugar

3 tsp ground cinnamon 2 tbsp plant based butter


1 cup icing sugar

3 tbsp KIN vanilla protein powder

Almond milk to thin

Preheat oven to 170.

Mix together the ingredients for the dough using a stand mixer or your hands (the dough will be sticky!)

Leave the dough to rest for about an hour.

On a floured surface (I found using thick parchment paper helps) roll the dough into a rectangle.

Spread over the melted butter, cinnamon and sugar.

Roll tightly.

Cut into equal sizes and transfer to a baking dish.

Bake for 25-35 minutes, until golden.
