Halloween mummy blondies!

These blondies are hands down one of my favourite recipes! Soft and fudgey with a slightly crisp top. They are so easy to make, high in protein, vegan and gluten free!

1/3 cup almond butter

1/3 cup coconut oil

3/4 cup nondairy milk

4 tablespoons ground flax

2/3 cup coconut sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 cup oat flour

1/2 cup vegan vanilla protein powder


Melted white chocolate and edible eyes for decorating


Mix together the wet ingredients and then add in the dry.

Pour into a parchment lined 9x9 pan and bake at 170 for around 20 minutes (until golden and a toothpick can be removed cleanly) let cool before slicing and decorating!
